Paying for DACA Renewal Fees
Having to come up with the funds to pay for DACA renewals in such a short time can be stressful. We have compiled a list for Illinois DACA recipients looking for assistance in paying the USCIS fee -$495- to renew DACA. This list will be updated constantly, please make sure you check back for more opportunities.
UIC Students

UIC students may request a virtual appointment through Student Legal Services with an immigration attorney at DOS@UIC.EDU

Full scholarships are available through ICIRR's NAI Program.

Guidelines for determining eligibility for an ICIRR DACA Renewal Scholarship:

Applicants need to be eligible to renew their DACA application

Applicants will be submitting their renewal application through a NAI partner organization under the NAI grant.

Applicants’ annual household income is under 80% of the Area Median Income; a household making above the amount listed based on household size will not be eligible for the Scholarship.

Applicants need to submit proof of income to be considered for the Scholarship.
*Scholarships are subject to availability and are on a first come first served basis.*

*Income limits are for the Chicago-Naperville-Joliet, IL HUD Metro FMR Area
