Volunteers are an essential part to the work we do for the immigrant community. Be part of a group of committed individuals helping to move forward efforts to empower immigrants!

Voter Registration at Oath Ceremonies

Help newly sworn-in U.S. citizens fill out a motor voter registration form after their oath ceremony. 

Time Commitment: 1-3 hours, Monday through Thursday

Place: Meet at the ICIRR Office, 228 S Wabash Ave. #800, Chicago, IL

Citizenship Workshops

In partnership with other community-based organizations we host monthly citizenship workshops throughout Chicago and the suburbs. You can volunteer to fill our Citizenship applications, registration, fee waiver assistance, and floor management.

Census 2020

This year, ICIRR is working to achieve a complete count of immigrants in the 2020 Census! Please email census2020@icirr.org for more information on volunteering to ensure our communities are counted in 2020.
